Category - (Pivots) - Pivots are best used tactically for creating space to allow you to pass to a teammate, switch the point of attack, shoot on goal, and clear the ball.
Important Component - A player must be able to stop suddenly to perform a pivot that will emphasize the fake, as well as being able to have complete control of both the body & ball.
RESULTS - When performing pivots correctly a player can create space and make good choices. A smart technical footballer has a great advantage over his or hers competition.
