  • The Greenwood Mentality is the mindset and approach of an elite athlete's inquisitive nature of bringing a curiosity to each and every day of his or her will of finding out how to be a better player today than they were yesterday.

"Robert Earnshaw an Alumni Student of CGSA and The Greenwood Method stands back to Cardiff City Football Club, a former club of the Director of CGSA, Clint Greenwood when he spent  time at Cardiff after his playing days and trained the Y.T.S. (U-18's), Reserves, and 1st Team while being in Wales doing his Coaching Badge. Earnie's career is quite well known, playing for top level clubs such as;  Cardiff City, West Bromwich Albion, Norwich, Derby, Nottingham Forest, Macabi Tell Aviv "On Loan", Toronto MLS, Blackpool, Chicago, and Vancouber, before his retirement in 2015."

* He is the only player to have scored a hat-trick in the Premier League, all three divisions of the English Football League, the League Cup, the FA Cup, and for his country in an international match.

"Earnie was the one player I thought could make it out of Cardiff and have a career. His pace, bravery, and willing to continue his skill development, creativity, and style made him heads and shoulders better than his teammates at Cardiff. I enjoyed working with him., states Clint Greenwood".
