Important News - "If you are a new applicant and need to register for CGSA Soccer Player Development Programs. You can use our BOOK ONLINE page for our Private Lesson Program or you can use our contact page. Our player registration form will be updated shortly. Thank you for your patience in this matter. Each program has been covered by our Terms of Service Agreements, and will not be manipulated by any customer that is not in agreement to the terms. Each of our programs will be conducted with the upmost professionalism and commitment that is also expected and explained to each one of our students and families."

The Clint Greenwood Soccer Academy Refund Policy

Please Read the following document regarding the company, Clint Greenwood Soccer Academy LLC Brought to you by, The Greenwood Method℗. Due to so many fixed costs for our program (facilities, insurance, equipment, gear, coach’s contracts, travel, etc.) we have a strict NO REFUND policy, no matter the circumstance. We will work to assist you by providing a credit for our programs or transferring a registration to another player where available. If a camp registration is cancelled within three weeks of the camp's start date, credits will not exceed 50%. We will provide refunds for camps within 24 hours of a purchase made during our early registration period. Any purchase made during standard or late registration will receive a credit only. The Director of The Clint Greenwood Soccer Academy LLC has the right to refuse any customer due to disciplinary, lack of compliance to our Terms of Service, lack of compliance to any of our staff coaches direction during the contracted period, and of course confirmation for each program must be put in via text, phone, or email at least 3 hours in advance of the event. To avoid any questionable requests from the other party, you need to cancel your attendance the same way.

Important Continuum Attendance Policy

For all our current registered students for our Daily Continuum classes. As soon as you are a student in our daily classes, we add you to our daily text group for your needs to receive our daily message. It is mandatory to confirm your attendance in a timely manner every day you attend. "NO LATER THAN 3 HOURS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED CONTINUUM GROUP CLASS". It is also important that each student bring a pair of tennis shoes for Soccercise, as well as their Soccer boots to every session. If you do not have capabilities to receive our daily message, please contact CGSA immediately. Our website ticker also has up to date information such as; schedule changes, field changes, SPECIALTY CLASSES, and cancellations. To stay connected to your child's program is a vital and very valuable act, so that he or she can stay informed of any news, Soccer Education Speaking Events, Football abroad, current, and former Alumni stories and Testimonials from the professionals.

Student is responsible for the required professionalism at every CGSA program.
Be on time to your session and begin your individual prep work and warm-up..
Bring tennis shoes for Soccerobics to every session.
Always confirm attendance no later than 3 hours in advance to that session.

IMPORTANT INFO. MUST READ...

Each CGSA student is responsible to attend his/her offered sessions in the time frame listed. For example, Platinum Package expires 1 year after signing up with unlimited sessions, Gold Package expires 6 months after signing up with unlimited sessions, Silver Package expires 2 months after signing up with a max of 8 sessions, Bronze Package expires 1 month after signing up with a max of 4 sessions. Excused absences only include; injury and/or sickness. Please understand CGSA policy as each student that registers for any of CGSA Continuum discount packages, there is a time period listed above that the student has to complete the Continuum. There will be NO extra time to fit in or be credited on a later date, if he/she does not have a valid reason such as Sick or Injury that does not allow student to participate. This document is to protect the company, Clint Greenwood Soccer Academy against the lack of dedication to any and all our Soccer educational programs. CGSA is a strong believer in fulfilling obligations. Many of our graduates that have gone on to Division 1 Universities and / or professional club soccer have been the paragon and perfect example of commitment and professionalism that truly transpires to success because of the hard work, and perseverance in their individual process.

Platinum Package "Unlimited" - (Expires 1 Year After Student Attends Their 1st Class)

Bronze Package "4 Sessions" - (Expires 1 Month After Student Attends Their 1st Class)

Important Private Lesson Attendance Policy

Each CGSA student that has contacted CGSA and reserved a session for one of our Private Lessons, must attend the session or cancel their lesson via any of our contact platforms no later than 2 full days. If student doesn't cancel at least 48 hours prior to their lesson the student will still be charged for that given session. There are NO allowances for any refund if student or students cancel their private lesson less than 48 hours of the scheduled class. If there is a sudden emergency, or injury, and CGSA was informed less than the 48 hour period prior to the session, the student will only receive a different scheduled class. There are NO accept-ions to this policy. If there are any discrepancies about CGSA Policy, Read our arbitrate disputes agreement below.

Important Seasonal Camp Attendance Policy

Each CGSA student attending one of our Seasonal Camps; Unfortunately, we cannot prorate our programs however there are often make ups that a player can attend for a missed day. Check with your local program director for options. Each camper is allowed to switch to a different camp one time. If additional switches need to be made, a $10 fee will be assessed each time. If you are switching to another camp, it must be done at least 7 days before the first day of both camps. Changes are dependent on availability. We do not offer reimbursement for weather delays, however, if enough time is missed, we will email out "homework" of camp activities for players to practice at home. Depending on delay time, snack break will be shortened throughout the week to make up for missed time.

Waiver Of Liability

Release of Liability

Waiver and Liability - I hereby authorize the director and the staff of the CLINT GREENWOOD SOCCER ACADEMY © to act for me according to their judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I also hereby waive and release Clint Greenwood Soccer Academy from any and all liability for any injuries incurred while at Clint Greenwood Soccer Academy. By filling out any of our registration forms you are agreeing to the terms and conditions above.

Waiver of Liability

I HAVE READ THE RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND THEIR TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY ELECTRONICALLY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

About Terms - Important

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service. If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.

These terms control the relationship between the Clint Greenwood Soccer Academy © and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future). If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms. The laws of California, U.S.A., excluding California’s conflict of laws rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of, Los Angeles CA, USA, and you and the Clint Greenwood Soccer Academy © consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Agreement - Arbitrate Disputes

-IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE PERTAINING TO ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR PERTAINING TO THE SERVICES RENDERED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT, OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO ATTENDANCE AT CGSA INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR OTHER LOSS, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM AGAINST CGSA ANY DIRECTOR, OWNER, OFFICIAL, EMPLOYEE, OR AGENT OF THE CLINT GREENWOOD SOCCER ACADEMY ©, OR OF ANY FOREGOING ENTITY, EACH PARTY HERE TO AGREES TO SUBMIT TO BINDING ARBITRATION TO RESOLVE SUCH DISPUTES, BY CLAIM FILED, BEFORE CGSA IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, TO BE ARBITRATED HERE OR SUCH OTHER VENUE AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE CGSA ARBITRATOR, SUCH ARBITRATION TO PROCEED UNDER THE CGSA RULES.

- In the event either party to this agreement incurs any expense as a result of the other party’s failure to comply with any provision of this agreement, the non-complying party shall be liable for reimbursement of any and all such expenses or attorney fees directly or indirectly related to failure to comply. In the event any legal action or proceeding occurs which is in any manner related to or pertaining to this agreement, attempting to challenge in a non-arbitrarily forum such as a court of law the validity or application of this agreement, the party who substantially prevails in that court or non-arbitrarily proceeding shall be entitled to receive reasonable costs of such action or proceeding including attorney’s fees. In the arbitration itself, each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees. The following disclosures are intended to help you thoroughly understand the significance of agreeing to arbitrate any controversy, or claim, or issue in any controversy or claim which may arise between the undersigned client and the attorney:

THE PARTIES HERETO ARE WAIVING THEIR RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES IN COURT, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL
PRE-ARBITRATION DISCOVERY IS GENERALLY MORE LIMITED THAN AND DIFFERENT FROM COURT PROCEEDINGS
THE ARBITRATOR’S AWARD IS NOT REQUIRED TO INCLUDE FACTUAL FINDINGS OR LEGAL REASONING AND ANY PARTY’S RIGHT
TO APPEAL OR TO SEEK MODIFICATION OF RULINGS BY THE ARBITRATOR'S IS STRICTLY LIMITED
THE ARBITRATOR OR PANEL OF ARBITRATORS WILL TYPICALLY INCLUDE AN ATTORNEY OR JUDGE, ACTIVE OR RETIRED

By electronically signing, I am stating that I am also aware of and accept the risk inherent in the program activity. I agree as well to hold harmless and indemnify.
